About the client

CA consultadministration AB is a consulting company focused on providing services to builders and clients in the construction industry. Examples of services provided include project management, design management, construction management, control responsibility, contract inspection, construction cost estimation, technical building descriptions, environmental management, and information services.

For over 50 years, CA has built extensive experience and created a good reputation among clients and the industry at large.

The company, which is employee-owned, has 35 employees and offices in Gothenburg and Halmstad. CA is led by a CEO who, together with area managers, forms the company's management team.

About the role of project manager

As a project manager at CA, you are responsible for ensuring that construction projects are managed in a planned and structured manner based on the client's intentions. You lead the projects and set guidelines for implementation where the team is formed, the goals are established, and the client's wishes are realized. To support you in your assignments, resources can advantageously be drawn from colleagues at CA, who can contribute expertise in construction economics, environment, procurement, contract inspection, and technical descriptions.

Your tasks as a project manager may include:

- Project management

- Construction management

- Leading investigations and program work

- Procurement

- Financial management

- Quality and environmental management

- Customer, user, and supplier contacts as well as contact with authorities

- Control responsibility according to PBL

- Inspection

You may want to work with just some or a few of the above tasks, with several parts, or develop within any of them.

The position is located at our Halmstad office.

Who are you?

You have at least 5–10 years of practical experience in project and construction management within building construction or as a project/contract engineer. Experience in contract law and LOU is essential. You are organized and structured with a strong customer focus and social competence.

You have an understanding of projects with high technical complexity and have the capacity to drive construction processes in terms of:

- seeing the big picture

- steering and leading

- scheduling

- being proactive

An important part of the job also involves handling and producing documents, which is why good Swedish, especially in writing, is a requirement. At CA, we believe in the benefits of knowledge transfer among employees. Therefore, you should be open to sharing your experiences and knowledge from projects with the organization and be a team player within CA.

It is advantageous if you have your own network and customer base, so that you can both benefit from CA's existing clients and contribute to broadening CA's customer base.

You are required to have a B driver's license and access to a car.
